I have several email accounts. Which one shall I use to register with you?
Whichever ONE you choose is fine. But, to avoid duplicate files and confusion, please register just once, using only one email account. And if you write to us, please be sure to use that same email address.

Login trouble
If you have trouble logging in (and you know you're using the right User ID and password) try visiting our site directly from your Internet browser, rather than linking from an email message.
Another thing to check is your COOKIES settings. Here's how: To change your privacy settings In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options. On the Privacy tab, move the slider to a MEDIUM level of privacy, which should enable you to access the site.

I've forgotten my user ID and/or password. Help!
Just click "go" on our home page, leaving User ID and Password boxes blank. It will take you to a page that has an underlined: "Click here if you've forgotten your password". When you click the underlined portion, you will see this message:
"If you have forgotten your password, please enter the email address that you used to register at Julie Ferman below. Your User ID and Password will be mailed to you immediately.
